'This is to the lie-in lovers everywhere: sit back and relax in the knowledge that you're contributing to sustainable employment and positive empowerment.'
Do you ask yourself, how can I make difference while still looking & feeling good? Well, you've come to the right place! Tales of Thread is setting out to revive three things: your bed, awareness of African textile heritage, and a morally threadbare garments industry.
Founder Rebecca Fordham sure knows a thing or two about life across the globe. A former award-winning BBC producer before heading up UNICEF’s Child Protection Communications, often traveling at short notice she wanted to create something beautiful that provided secure and sustainable employment.
